This policy explains, in plain language, what data TSN LAB collects on this site, what it is used for and what your rights are under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
Who is responsible
TSN LAB is the controller of the data processed on this site (www.tsnlab.com.br). For any privacy matter, reach us through the contact form with "Privacy" as the subject.
What data we collect
Data you send us
When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email, the subject and the message you wrote. We do not ask for documents, addresses or payment details.
Browsing data
With your permission, measurement tools record information such as pages visited, time on page, clicks, device type, browser, approximate city and the source of the visit. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Purchases
The ebook promoted on this site is sold through Hotmart. Payment and purchase data are handled directly by Hotmart under its own privacy policy. TSN LAB does not receive or store card details.
What we use it for
- Replying to your message and following up on what you asked.
- Understanding how the site is used, to fix problems and improve content.
- Measuring and improving our ads, by knowing which campaigns brought visits and contacts.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Legal bases
- Consent, for measurement and advertising cookies. You choose in the cookie notice and can change your mind at any time.
- Pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest, for replying to messages sent through the form.

The site's administrative pages do not load any of these tools.
Who we share it with
Data is held by the providers that run the site and the tools above: hosting and database (Lovable Cloud), Google, Meta and Microsoft. Some of them process data outside Brazil; in those cases the transfer follows the safeguards set out in the LGPD and in each provider's terms.
How long we keep it
Messages from the form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows. You can ask for deletion at any time. Browsing data follows each tool's retention period.
Your rights
Under the LGPD you may ask, at any time, for:
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
- correction of incomplete or outdated data;
- deletion of data or withdrawal of consent;
- information about who the data was shared with;
- portability, where applicable.
To exercise these rights, use the contact form. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), database access is restricted and messages can only be read by authenticated administrators. No system is fully immune to incidents; if something affects your data, you will be notified as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the site starts using new tools or the law changes. The date at the top shows the version in force.
